This tool is useful for both fans and clubs, enabling them to reach their supporters with targeted post-sales solutions. Additionally, the digitalization of the fan experience ensures comprehensive monitoring at all stages of the journey: pre-purchase, purchase, and post-purchase.
Tickets and subscriptions always at your fingertips
Tickets and subscriptions always available. The user accesses in total autonomy and full mobility to the section of their subscription and can view the QRCode associated to access the stadium. The integration with Vivaticket systems will allow constant updates of the subscription status. Among the main functionalities we find:
- Loading of the subscription/fan card starting from a unique code.
- Management of user change and seat change.
- Viewing of the subscription.
- Multi-subscription management.
- It is also possible to manage the suspension and blocking of subscriptions.
- Access to the stadium also in offline mode.
- Ticket resale.
Suited to all the needs of Clubs
The TicketWallet solution is designed for the diverse needs of Clubs, with two levels of offering: base and standard. The Base APP version offers all the services provided by TicketWallet, with its own graphic identity and presence in the App Store and Google Play. The Standard version goes beyond ticketing services, integrating feeds from the organizer's digital properties for an amplified sharing of content (news, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok). For Sponsors, solutions like impressions (pre- and post-load) and a dedicated section increase the visibility of the content. The integration of API REST allows Clubs with existing apps to quickly integrate the core functionalities, already operational and connected to the MyVivaTicket provider.
