D’Amico and Mashfrog for digital transformation with SAP
Mashfrog Group is partnering with the D’Amico Group in its digital transformation journey to optimize the use of SAP and enhance access to information and corporate data management in the field of Business Intelligence.
The Enterprise Digital Evolution Business Unit has launched a strategic project with D’Amico to support its digital transformation in Business Intelligence. Leveraging advanced expertise in SAP S4/HANA systems, our team has addressed the need to optimize business processes and data management, ensuring greater operational and strategic efficiency.
D’Amico Group, a leader in the production of canned food, promotes Italian tradition and culture worldwide. The company turned to our BU requesting a targeted intervention to provide them with a system capable of transforming data into easily accessible information, improving the user experience across all business processes. Our work focused on reconstructing the old data warehouse system using SAP Business Intelligence technologies.
The first step of the digital transformation impacted the sales process and its related margins. The next phases of the project, scheduled for 2025, will affect other business processes to further optimize the information managed through SAP.
The Mashfrog team working on this project consists of experienced professionals in the large-scale distribution sector and SAP solutions, who have previously managed similar projects. A perfect balance between advanced technical expertise and an understanding of business dynamics has enabled the successful launch of D’Amico’s digital transformation.
