We Are (Always) a Top Employers in Italy

For the third consecutive year, Mashfrog Group has received the Top Employers Italy Certification, reaffirming our place among the leading companies in corporate policies and human resource management practices.

In 2025, the Top Employers Program recognized and certified more than 2,400 Top Employers in 125 countries worldwide, including 151 in Italy. The certification is awarded only to companies that meet and exceed the high standards required by the HR Best Practices Survey. This survey covers six macro HR areas and thoroughly examines 20 topics and their respective best practices, including People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Wellbeing, and more.

Mashfrog has invested and continues to invest in policies, strategies, and initiatives involving its corporate community, as we believe in the centrality of the individual. The certification also coincides with the launch of a remote working flexibility trial phase, which will involve all Italian employees throughout 2025. This decision aligns with Mashfrog's ongoing commitment to work-life balance and confirms the effectiveness of the agile work approach that the Group adopted as early as 2018.
