Transition to Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (“MiCA”)
In compliance with Legislative Decree No. 129 of September 5, 2024, and Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (“MiCA”), we inform our clients that our company, currently registered in the special section of the OAM as a provider of services related to virtual currencies, has initiated the process of aligning with the new European regulatory framework.
Our goal is to continue offering [exchange / wallet / crypto-asset payment services – adapt based on the activity carried out] in full compliance with the MiCA Regulation.
To this end:
- we have started the process of adapting our organizational, technical, and compliance systems to the requirements set out in the MiCA Regulation;
- by the deadline of December 30, 2025, we will submit our application to Consob, the competent authority in Italy, for authorization as a Crypto Asset Service Provider (CASP);
- contractual relationships and services provided to our clients will continue without interruption during the transition period, in accordance with applicable laws.
