Procurement processes with SAP Signavio

ACWA Power, a Saudi multinational company active in power generation and desalinated water production in 12 countries, is implementing a digital transformation plan to deliver advanced digital experiences, optimise key business processes and introduce new business models.

The company aims to emerge as a leading digital champion in the energy transition. A key aspect of the transformation path is the understanding of the current AS-IS internal processes in order to define the best practices of the TO BE model to be extended throughout the Group.

For this reason, they decided to rely on Mashfrog and equip the new SAP Signavio Process Mining tool to compare the process model defined by the company with the real process through the extraction of operational data, thus detecting GAPs and nodes on which to intervene.
