Talento360 is a solution designed to interpret training as a strategic and sustainable lever to ensure greater competitiveness.
Training at the center of the company's strategic trajectory
Talento360 allows companies to place training at the center of their evolutionary trajectory rather than interpreting it as a remedy to bridge the gap with the competition. The platform supports companies in an end-to-end process: from the continuous assessment of training needs, to the identification of funding sources to partially cover costs, to support during the execution phase, up to reporting and proper accounting management.
Planning, executing, monitoring, and improving
Training is too often considered one of the items circled in red on the agenda of Italian companies; the widespread perception is still to see it as a cost rather than an investment. Many companies, in fact, are unaware of the benefits produced by regular and systematic investment in continuous training and consider it solely a regulatory requirement. Through Talento360, training becomes part of business processes with comprehensive management from its planning to the precise measurement of the objectives achieved.
A platform accessible anytime, anywhere
Talento360 is a cloud native solution for the collaborative management of corporate training. It brings together all stakeholders involved in training initiatives, whether funded by the company or with subsidies from training institutions. The platform allows companies to consolidate and keep updated their training needs and the characteristics of the target corporate population; the designers, based on these needs, develop training programs suitable for the objectives and the recipients. When subsidies are available, the platform supports the preparation of materials for funding applications. During the delivery, it performs active monitoring, involving teachers, learners, and companies in their respective responsibilities.
Training at the center of the EU's interest
2023 is the European Year of Skills, proclaimed by the European Union to revive the importance of training as a decisive element for seizing rapidly evolving market opportunities. To support this interest, motivated by the difficulty companies face in finding qualified resources, all member states are expected to make more effective and inclusive investments in training. In addition to self-financed training under Law 388/2000, a specific contribution for vocational training has been introduced, paid to the Interprofessional Funds. These entities have the mission of promoting initiatives always aligned with the real needs of companies.
Continuous optimizations for an optimal user experience
The Talento360 platform is now complete and a testing phase has been initiated with various stakeholders: implementers, companies, instructors, etc. The experimentation is crucial for the fine tuning of functionalities, allowing continuous optimizations for an optimal user experience. The objective is to cover the end-to-end process, from the census of client companies to the reporting of completed training initiatives. The evolution of Talento360 will be guided by the use of technology to improve every phase of the journey.
