Currently, over 30% of the members in our specialized CRM Business Unit—the most widely used CRM globally—are certified as Salesforce AI Associate and Salesforce AI Specialist. This ensures expertise in advanced modules like Agentforce. By the end of the year, more than 50% of the BU will be trained and certified, ready to lead this new revolution.

The latest innovation from Salesforce is a revolutionary suite of autonomous AI agents designed to enhance employee performance across various functions, including customer service, sales, marketing, and commerce. Unlike traditional chatbots, Agentforce leverages advanced reasoning capabilities to make decisions and take actions completely autonomously, triggered by data changes, business rules, predefined automations, or API signals.
AI: certified training
The need for companies to incorporate AI tools into business operations has increased sevenfold in the past six months. However, two-thirds of employees still do not use these technologies, and only 15% are adequately trained to do so.
Salesforce has already invested over $50 million to provide its employees with a wide range of free learning tools through the Trailhead platform, aiming to train a generation of experts capable of implementing reliable and innovative AI solutions.
