The project stems from Vodafone Automotive S.p.a.'s desire to simplify the way its customers purchase and access services.
The goal was the creation of a web portal that was fast, easy to consult, responsive and adhered to the highest levels of security.
Following a major initial Design Thinking phase, mock-ups were produced to meet the expectations of the entire group. The project was implemented using SAFe: a set of organizational models and workflows that implement enterprise-scale agile practices.
Great organizational capacity and flexibility allowed for frequent alignments, production of an initial MVP in a short period of time, and periodic release of subsequent increases in functionality.
